Scarlet Nexus gameplay tips 2021 / Military cadets, get ready to deploy! Scarlet Nexus is available today, June 25th on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.
We are excited to share the experience of the world of Scarlet Nexus and the stories of our two heroes, Yuito Kisaragi and Kasane Randall. As a new student to OSF, you'll lead a small team of talented allies as you take on others: monstrous life forms that threaten people.
In addition to delivering the game's original 4K animation-inspired visuals at 60 frames per second, Scarlet Nexus uses the PS5's Dual Sense Controller to add a more realistic physical dimension to your gameplay.
You'll feel the psychokinetic's of Yuito and Kasane's actions amplified by the enhanced feel of the Dual Sense Controller.
The movement of each psychokinetic manipulated object is amplified by tactile vibrations, and lifting objects responds with dynamic tension in adaptive stimuli to simulate real-life sensations of weight and resistance.
Since we want to share the best Scarlet Nexus experience with you, Scarlet Nexus PS4 owners will get a free upgrade to the digital version of PS5.
To help you on your journey on the Scarlet Nexus, we've created this brief guide of tips and tricks.
From here, learn about the Struggle Arms System (SAS), bonding with allies, others, and more. We hope these tips will help you on your journey with Yuito and Kasane.
Combat Weapon System (SAS)
- Unite with fellow allies: By combining your strength with allies through SAS, you can eliminate stronger enemies, hit their weak points, or avoid certain attacks. You have limited time to borrow their power, so use it wisely. Don't worry too much as it will recharge over time.
- Search for secrets: You will find glowing objects such as walls, doors, or appliances that catch your eye. If you use the proper SAS, something might happen.
Bonding with allies
- Better friendship and stronger support: As the bond level with your ally increases, allies will proactively engage in support actions such as healing and recovery. Bond levels increase by deepening the bond with your allies through actions such as progressing through Bond rings, giving gifts, and fighting side by side. It also enhances the SAS effects your allies provide.
- Choose the perfect gift: You can give gifts to allies in the lair, which are mainly obtained from the store's exchange. The bonds will strengthen even more if you give them something they like. The gifts you give out will also be displayed in the den, so your allies' territory will be even more festive.
battle game
- Psychokinetic Pursuit Attack: Perform a Psychic Attack while connected to a Weapon Attack for a Psychic Pursuit Attack. The larger the substance, the stronger the psychokinesis attack. Others can be surprised by the teleportation attack depending on the size of the item, but it will cost more.
- Offense and Defense: A good defense goes a long way. Staying away from enemy attacks gives you time to recharge your psychic moves and use items. If you dodge just before the attack, you can perform a perfect dribble with time slowing, and you can counterattack quickly.
fight others
- Look for each other's weaknesses: Check out the biographies of others in the library if you're having difficulties with them. The library will give you tips on how to use their attack patterns to help you avoid big attacks that you may be unfamiliar with.
- Dealing with Status Ailments: Enemies can inflict a variety of status effects on Kasane and Yuito. To respond, try to equip delivery equipment that can provide resistance against various diseases of the condition. Conditions include burn, shock, oil, maceration, and confusion.
Environmental awareness
- Traces of others: Sometimes unique patterns appear in the areas where others live. They appear on the walls and the floor in many forms. You will find them everywhere if you are looking for them.
- Strange object movement: When you visit a site again, you may notice that some objects may be placed in a different position. Others have been observed collecting and moving objects. Revisiting certain places may result in new rewards
